It holds your guitar.If you're looking at the colors on Amazon, you may not realize that the design is a thin strip of fabric sewn onto a wider guitar strap. It's actually nice, keeps the design from overpowering the strap. I found that the Gothic design is actually a bit too subdued; I think the green and red designs look better.
I have this on my new GH/WT guitar and the red matches with the faux wood finish nicely. These straps are sturdy, wide and easy to adjust, not to mention the graphics and colors are decent on all of them, this one has a nice bright red color with "tibetan" design. The Rock Band Tag can be removed but is useful for figuring out which end is up.These are a great buy when they are on sale. I have one on every "fake" guitar in the house.
This strap is really built to last, it's way better than the one I own for my REAL guitar.
I purchased this strap because green is my favorite color and I liked the design. It's a little thicker than the original strap that comes with the Rockband Guitar, I also purchased the matching sticker, problem with the sticker is my wireless guitar is broke so I am hoping I can remove the sticker before I mail my guitar back for a replacement. This strap is comfortable and I really like how it feels around my neck, it doesn't dig into the back of my neck as bad as the original strap does. This strap seems more durable also.
I actually got this for my Guitar Hero guitar because the strap it came with has a tendency to squeak when moved around. This strap is of much better quality, is wider and doesn't squeak at all. A very good addition to any GH or RB guitar.
